Why is the Focus cheaper to lease than the Fiesta?

Focus: $159/mo

Ok. I've seen a few lease payments advertised with low rates, but a lot of cash up front. Didn't know if this was one of those deals.

The one Focus SE I built wouldn't let me go over $3,470 on the calculator and that's around $130/mo at 36 months with 10,500mi/yr
